No I haven't personally, but yes I have seen a few installations where this has done with very mixed results.
Yes - you'd definitely need to change the nozzles. On an old boiler you might get away with running UCO; on a modern condensing boiler - forget it. Either way, I'd be amazed if anyone is prepared to stand over the warranty
You'd also have to devise some means of knowing exactly what it is you're putting in the tank - as some cooking oil has a CFPP - Cold Filter Plug Point - above freezing, at which point it will promptly solidify and clog up everything in sight. And you'll also need a suitable tank - forget metal as more often than not you can expect a reaction between the UCO and the metal; traditional plastic tanks are not suitable either.
In summary, if you're considering this to save money... unless you can run a 100% blend and you're getting the stuff free, there are probably easier ways of saving money. If you're doing it, to be green - there are easier ways to be green.

OFTEC BioFuel Project and General Advice
Try http://www.oftec.co.uk/biofuels.htm or call them on 0845 65 85 080. They'll probably try and scam you by asking you to call them on a Premium Rate Number... if they do, then just tell them that your phone has a bar on Premium Rate numbers - and they'll generally keep on talking to you anyhow.
