Hi there, If i decide to unsubsribe from them how woud i go about doing this? Couldn't find any information on the website. Cheers

I signed up for Just Dial on Sunday then decided to unsubscribe after reading about poor customer service here.

I email BT on Sunday night & they replied today saying they had cancelled the Just Dial request. So it looks like if you contact BT then they will close your Just Dial account for you. I bet if you call them instead of email they'll do it immediately
