Hi all,
I'm moving house at the end of the month, to a flat, and want to find a cheap broadband and tv package, not so bothered about the phone as I dont use it, but obviously need line rental.
So any suggestions would be welcomed!

Well there is Sky, and there may be Virgin Cable, if you can't get freeview then I guess the Mickey Mouse offerings from BT and Tiscali won't work.
Has the block got a communal satellite dish? That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Thanks guys, I'm not sure if its got a dish or not. I'd even make do without TV, think I might have to go for the Virgin Cable option, as I know its got a BT line in it, so that should work.
Saw a good deal with Tiscali but it looked too good to be true and its a set top box which prob wont work.
thanks tho!Sealed Pot:member 254

Sky broadband headline offers of cheap broadband ONLY apply to where they rent BT lines - but try finding out how extensive that is - hopeless. You can check individual numbers but I think its a bit of a dirty trick.
Cheap Sky broadband is available where Sky have installed their equipment at the local exchange (Its called Local Loop Unbundling).
If this is the case, and its easy to check either on the Sky site or Samknows, then it will be Free, £5/month or £10/month depending on the package.
If Sky has not LLU'd the exchange then it has to rent capacity off BT, in which case it will cost £17.99 a month. That gum you like is coming back in style.0
