Anyone had any problems with cashback from Dialaphone?

About to order - slightly worried, since I didn't get a single penny from themobileoutlet and ended up with a crappy phone!

Btw could someone enlighten me regarding themobileoutlet - did anyone successfully take them to court?

Cheers!

Good experience with them. Had to keep my bill for a month to get it into their time window which is faffy. Sent bill by recorded delivery, they confirmed by Email and paid within 10 days by cheque.

On both my contracts my first cashback claims were acknowledged by text and e-mail within 48 hours. One cheque received within a week or so and the other expected any day now (claim only posted 6 days ago). Very satisfied:)

Good experience here too. Got all cashback from them on my last contract, and paid very fast too. I would recommend them, just stick to the terms and conditions.

Dialaphone is a biggest and most reliable cash back company. Dont be afraid to order phones from them. This is my Opinion.

Dialaphone is on for about 10 years already. It's not new company like those who went bankrupt.

I have taken at least 2 contracts via dialaphone (from memory) both requiring some cashback claim - and I never had any trouble with them.
I found the text message response to me sending in claim very good idea and also quick in sending out cheques.

Yep I agree... Very helpful, they even phoned me in response to number change queries I had.
"Just send me your bill by email", in the end..
No they're not the best deals around, but you can certainly half your phone bill and get a free one, plus quidco etc....
I'll be looking at them again come renewal time in Dec... (I've completed one cashback cheque with them, so far mind)..
