Help With Bank Transfer Transaction Please

I have a Buy It Now auction which I have agreed to accept an International Bank transfer.I have obtained the codes required but a little unsure of the process.I guess i still send invoice as usual with codes attached but when do i send item?? Do I wait until payment shows in my bank and does it take time to clear.I have always just done Paypal or cheque so im a little unsure of how it works.

watch it your bank can still reclaim it back if it is rejected by the international bank up to 3 weeks after.
