Advice On Credit Card Or Bank Transfer Payment

I received the following message:
"Hi, Like the boots very much. What is the postage for the Netherlands?
I'd also like to know what your minumum price is, cause I lost out on a another similar bid.
Are you willing to sell them to me for a fixed price?
I can pay with credit card or bank transfer. In the last case I need the IBAN and BIC code for payments.

I apologise now for level of alternative payment knowledge but I have always only been paid by Paypal or cheque! My question is I do not know the first thing about completing a transaction involving credit card or bank transfer- what do I need to do?? Also which method would be best to accept??? If Bank transfer what and where is a IBAN and BIC code and is it safe to give it out??
I would appreciate any help in dealing with this question and possible transaction.

BIC + IBAN details can be found on your UK bank statement. Provided your buyer sends the payment in Euros with Shared Charges, you shouldn't have to pay any bank fees whatsoever*.
Yes, it's safe to give out. It also means you don't have to suffer any hefty PayPal fees for international transactions or take on the risk of PayPal charge backs month later.
