Policyholders should always check their specific policy wordings for their cover not listen lay speculation about how an EOW peril might be worded.... other people's experiences clearly demonstrate thisFlameCloud wrote: »They would still need to prove negligence though.
As to what you'd cover it under, I'd be suprised if EOW peril was worded to allow anything other than plumbed in fish tanks to be covered, so IMO it would have to be under AD.0 -
When did I say that applied to everyones policy?
I see you are back from your holidays then. Insurers throughout the land and the FOS will be so pleased!0 -
You have been told by others before to take your petty squabbling with other moneysavers elsewhere. If you have nothing to positively say to help craggs then shut up0

If anybody is squabbling it is you Insco. I'm sure I am not the only user to have noticed that since FlameCloud posted a message with a less than complimentary opinion of your services, you have searched the board for other messages posted by FlameCloud and replied in a relately aggressive and inflammatory manner. If you have a personal issue with FlameCloud then I suggest you discuss it by PM rather than airing it in public.0 -
He has- he would like my address to serve court papers to over a libellous comment!0

I'd expect nothing less! 0 -
Glad to discuss with Flame, but Flame is not replying via PM
No issues with Flame other than beg to disagree with some of the views expressed as indeed others have. That's the point of a forum.
Please contact me via PM to discuss0 -

Well I'm going to have to beg to treat that with a large pinch of salt. Disagreement in an adult manner does not normally take the form of telling someone to 'shut up'.0
