Hi
I'm in. I ordered Ds1's trousers online, they won't be here before he goes to his Dads but i should have a good idea if they'll fit when they get here.
So tomorrow we're going to cycle to the castle and feed the ducks ( weather permitting. ) then when Ds2 has gone to bed we're having movie night. Then i won't see him for 3 weeks.

lol I occasionally do but not very often. I usually get the urge to sort out books, do marking or eat toast. In fact I am having a toast craving right now.Taking small steps to get myself more organised- both financially and in other areas too:D Big steps coming soon!0 -

I do sometimes as well but not tonight - I've just asked the kids (including DD aged 9 who's stillup and wont go to bd) to clean up any mess I might have left out tonight as I cant be a**ed :rotfl:
And I've been bad - Lush online order and onto credit card (but it will be paid off) but how do I hide its arrival, OH will go nuts, oops think I might need to start ordering stuff in my sons name :rotfl: .
I'm going to bed now

We're just back (well, on Tuesday we got back) from 2 weeks hols at my folks' in NIreland. I am all homesick now!!
Had great plans to fly tis week but it hasnt quite happened. However I don't ave many plans for tomorrow so may try and do a bit of blitzing then.
Need to :
- dust upstairs its vile
- decobweb upstairs
- swish and swipe bathrooms
- do some ironing
- hoover
in that order. Not sure what I will get done, will have to see how it goes.
Have a few birthday cards to write and phonecalls to make so will try and get that done too. And a credit card bill to pay. Luckily we got a tax credits back payment - yay - so that covers that bill. Phew.
Better get to bed
Hope everyone well and big hugs all round

michelle - prob too late to catch you but hope you have a great holiday.
Every time we go I always have a list of things I can't pack til the morning - all kids teddies', nightlights, toothbrushes etc. I leave a bag open for the morning things and then I make a list and leave it in the kitchen by the kettle and then in the morning cross the things off as they go in the bag. Its worked really well the last few times and we haven't forgotten anything too important!
ave a good one

Oh the smear test! Happy memories
Like the time when I went to the GP for my post natal check up - (15 years in Sept) and he offered to do the smear while I was there (I think my GP's brill - he'd even popped in to see me on the ward as he was in checking up on another patient who'd had a GP unit birth - I had a section) and said he thought I had an infection - which I hotly refuted, having had no sign (I'm doing my best to keep it clean, here, flyladies) and all the time I was up on the couch, legs akimbo.
Then there was the time when the nurse was doing it - Sister M***** - she's nice too - and I heard her run the metal thing (that opens you up :rotfl:) under the tap... In it went - and I shot up the couch. It was HOT - she'd run it under the hot tap to warm it up and I was braced for cold!.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I laugh about it now, mind you! And I've told the story many times!
Don't let that put you off though ladies - get it done!:pDon't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
