Soappie - they checked me for osteoporosis because my mum is starting with it. Apparently I have good bone density...I think my problem is being accident prone!!
Dusty - I had something to say to you but it' clean gone out of my head so i'll just say 'hello'!!! (think my brain is going).

I spent the morning in the hospice. I could only file and paint nails but had some lovely chats. I'm so lucky to work there.

DDs new hamster cage has arrived. Flying is being put on hold until i've built that and if anyone has ever built a rotastak cage you'll know not to expect to see me again for at least a month!!!!

    Speak to you later xx

Forget the stupid quote kids are driving me senseless. Why are teenagers so lazy, selfish, rude and grumpy. I never knew how much those feeling of besotted love you have for babies could change.

Oh, how I know how you feel. Mine are being s***s today. Why did they have to change?

At least I know they can become gorgeous again as my DD and DS1 are really wonderful now they are in their twenties.

It still doesn't make it easy going through the teenage years.

Oh Dusty sorry you're having a bad day. They just don't appreciate us at all, sometimes do they?

    Err

    Still catching up

No Tuesday Twisting or Twirling done yet but paint bought for DS room. DD announced she wants to help so it should be done in a day! So all the Simpsons posters need to come down, got to go in the loft for the decorating tackle and if I can get the room prepped today I could paint it tomorrow.
That wil be another job off the big list done!
Catching up on your posts and lunching first though!

Put a sploosh of white vinegar and a big spoonful of soda crystals in the drawers.. I add a gloob of bleach and stardrops as well.. but that might be excessive.

Are soda crystals the same as bicarbonate of soda? :o

Aww Nicki, your post made me so sad - hope you're ok. I believe these things happen for a reason - you just have to wait and see what it is!
