toluna non payment

I've had 2 emails from them in the last week as I haven't received my Amazon voucher. They've said that they've changed their servers or something and I should receive them in the next few weeks, but judging by the emails on here this seems to be an ongoing thing.
Pity, I really like that site too.

I received an Amazon voucher from Toluna on the 1st September - it had been ordered on the 22nd July.

You are all lucky Im still waiting on a sainsburies voucher I ordered in february that was due to come in april..

i was a member of these idiots 3 years ago, they cocked up the first and only payment of £10 to me and i binned them off straight away

i have been thinking of giving them another try but after reading this thread it would appear that they've not changed whatsoever

there are so many better sites out there you could be putting your time and effort into where the customer services is so much better and the payments are quicker

my advise for anyone waiting for payment (vouchers) would just be to hassle them via email constantly, ive always done that and everyone has always paid up, just be persistent and it will pay off :beer:

I received an email from Toluna today stating that they were processing my request to unsuscribe. Trouble is, I made no such request. I've now tried to log into my account and my user name and password have been rejected. I've lost all my points! I replied to the email telling them I wanted to keep my account open, but I'm not feeling too optimistic. Has this happened to anybody else?

I normally get my Amazon and HMV vouchers the end of the following month. Nevr had any problems, must of had around £44 so far from them. 2x Amazon @ £10 and 2x HMV @ £12

I usually order Sainsburys vouchers and most turn up in reasonable time, except for the last one which took two months. I e-mailed them about it and they said they had been having problems, but it turned up a couple of days later.

I have been waiting over a year for my voucher, I gave up emailing in the end as they were going unanswered :mad:

i recieved my £10 sainsburys voucher yesterday, i ordered it at the end of august so it took a while but at least i have recieved it.
