I've also just received my £10 Amazon voucher, which was ordered mid June. I don't know why the delivery of an electronic voucher should take so long.

My vouchers always take around 6 weeks and a handful of emails, but so far both times i've ordered vouchers i have EVENTUALLY got them. I'll be cashing in my next one and leaving Toluna well alone me thinks ;(

  • Been waiting since January, moved house 2x since then although mail is forwarded on as I pay Royal Mail to do this for me. No reply to emails either.

I take it all back- today I got sent an email regarding "unforseen problems" at toluna and that had delayed the vouchers and they woudl try to get it resloved.

Afew minutes later arrives my toluna voucher in a following email.

I would advise sending an email every day you can, it was my tactic, I even had their contact form page saved as a favorites so every day, I would send another reworded query about my voucher. Dont know if I was just lucky, but I doubt it,

Me too, I ordered 1 x £12 HMV voucher from them on the 16/06/08 and have received it today, one day after their estimated date for delivery.
I contacted them twice about my voucher; once via the form on their website and once via the contact link from a survey they sent out to me.
It seems that they only really took notice of my request once via one of the previous methods, my message got through to their customer support department. They wrote a message back to me & i was given a support ticket number on 17th july and soon after that i was given an estimated delivery for date. Overall 7 weeks is still alot of time to wait and i don't think i'll bother with them in the future, but check your inbox they seem to be sending out a batch of vouchers today. :)

    Hiya,
My estimated delivery date was the 4th for my HMV voucher and it turned up in my spam folder despite Toluna being on my safe list, so just a heads up :)

The very same happened to me. I was awaiting amazon vouchers last year. I pestered then by email unitl I got them. It was supposed to be £40 worht but one wouldnt work and they wouldnt sort it out for me. I have also noticed then when you get close to having enough points to claim survey invites really slow down. As a result I don't use them anymore!

another problem I've had is not receiving points for surveys I have completed. I make a note of what surveys I have completed, and delete them when the points have been added. Looked through my inbox today and discovered that I am due over 90,000 points from surveys, some dating back from November. Sent a very long email with details of all these surveys, should be fun to see what their reply is, if any.

a month later, I've finally got a reply and have had over 60,000 points added so it definitely pays to keep tabs on what is due! They said that they can't credit points for surveys that closed over 6 months ago (which is fair enough really), so remember to chase them up in time.
