Hi not sure if this is in the right spot, but anyone else having problems getting their vouchers from Toluna. I requested vouchers about 2 months ago and still nothing. I've sent messages but I haven't received any reply.
All the other survey sites I use are really quick at sending vouchers or money.
I'd be interested to know your exsperience with toluna.
thanks.

mines over 4 months overdue now and I earned another voucher even at thier higher limits, they ignore my emails completely.
Im up for a class action lawsuit against them with all other people not recieving vouchers. (pay for doing the surveys)0 -
hi, im waiting for 3 sainsburys vouchers going back to april - have emailed but they just ignore you0

Hiya, I had a delay with them also it took about 2 months for me to get 3 x £12 hmv e-vouchers,(thought they would email me straight away with the codes) i got them in the end, they did reply to my emails tho. They are ok company but takes ages to get vouchers0

another problem I've had is not receiving points for surveys I have completed. I make a note of what surveys I have completed, and delete them when the points have been added. Looked through my inbox today and discovered that I am due over 90,000 points from surveys, some dating back from November. Sent a very long email with details of all these surveys, should be fun to see what their reply is, if any.0

I also find Toluna painfully slow at rewarding points for completed surveys and sending vouchers when requested. I have been waiting since mid June for Amazon vouchers and their reply to my email apologized and said to refer to 'My Vouchers' section of the website. This shows estimated date of arrival as 1st August. I'm presuming they mean this year, although they have failed to arrive!
It looks like another email if the vouchers fail to arrive within the next few days.0 -
you are not alone, mine is 2 months overdue.
I have emailed them countless times, the first time they said I should get them by mid july and if I hadnt to email them. I emailed them the end of july and three times since, then yesterday again.
I am yet to get a reply.
I am also up for a lawsuit, they do free lawyers for accidents that were not your fault- anyone had any accidents whilst awaiting the post for these vouchers? bath overrunning and slipping on tiles? post landing on your head after falling asleep at the letter box on the front door? if we can get them to sit up and notice, maybe they will pull themselves together and actually send out the vouchers.
Though still cant understand why they cant just email e-vouchers to us in cases like amazon vouchers.0 -
just slightly paranoid now- that last msg was a joke! (aside from the delay which is actully true) just didnt want anyone to get the wrong end of the stick!0

Argh me too  Ordered a HMV voucher at the end of june and two emails in (one answered, one not) still nothing
Ridicluous service. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

lol well a lawsuit seems to be the only way theyre going to hold up thier end of the bargain, theyre no doubt getting paid a few quid for every survey and we earn points to not even get our voucher when we do finally earn one. Site needs a serious cleanup and to get its act together.0
