no monitor - need info from pc

You could use this adaptor to connect your new monitor to the old computer, the adaptor plugs into your old computer, then plug in the monitor.

looks like it is a 9 pin vga. you can plug the computer into the tv screen via s-video or composite.
think you can get a 15 pin to 9 converion cable and that would be my choice.

I think this looks like the easiest solution but will try and slave the old hd first0 -
