I had an adjustment made yesterday to my account entitled 'July Interest Adj' without having to phone them up - did everyone else get the same?

Yup (well I've been a couple of times to complain about it.) Calculations are at work, so don't know how accurate it is...

Looks like they did it again for August! My interest was only a measly £0.16 when I had over £2000 in the account most of the time and I have paid in £1000 during the month.

Mine is the same - perhaps we might even get an apology this time, and hopefully they won't need nearly 3 weeks to correct it.
  • Well I've managed 20p (all the conditions were met).
Last month, I whined in writing to my branch (because the branch told me to). Last week I had a letter from a complaint centre somewhere down South telling me that my complaint had been transferred to "our Birmingham Customer Service Recovery Centre which specialises in complaints like yours". I wonder if it's that big building besides the M.6 near Walsall, or is that the R.A.C. ? At least they get back to you in about an hour. :rotfl:
Anyway, it is expected that their enquiries will be completed within 4 weeks of the date of writing although they will try and get their response to me earlier if they can.

Yes - but it was still shy of the correct adjustment by 20% anyway. I was waiting until today to say anything about it.

Can't believe they've done it again. 19p here. By my calculation it should be £8.58.

same here. 21 p. I'm getting so fed up of them.
  • This was the reason why I didn't complain about my interest adjustment for July still being wrong. I thought there was a good chance that we would see the interest problem recurring.

Somehow they have managed to credit me with only 4p interest AND they have charged me £1.66 on a non-existant overdraft!
