im sure you mean your on the 1mb package - with a download cap of 3gb.... otherwise you make it sound like 3mb - which anyone would use up in minutes.....0

you always just upgrade to the 2mb package with 30Gb usage
- failing that, if you ordered less han 7 days ago, you may be able to use the cooling off period to cancel the order, otherwise your pretty much stuck with it0 -
I have NTL 1Meg but have been told by CS that the 3Meg limit is not active at present and will be informed when this happens. I have been with NTL from the start so I can always channge when it happens but may not help in first year except to upgrade.0

I have been on it about 6wks now so i'm stuck with it. Is it true that 3mb users will be or have been upgraded to a 10mb connection? How much is the 3mb connection and how much can you download with that?
