ok here goes i opened a citibank account 2 months ago 3 weeks ago started putting my child tax credits and child benefit into citi all was ok checked online money was going in ok. then i changed a couple of direct debits to come out of that account online they look ok today i go to atm to get £20 out nothing i thought…

Phoned CAB this morning they contacted citibank for me got a phone call from complaint dept spoke to the girl she said leave it with her she will have sorted by end of day

still nothing

If you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter
