up until about a week ago i have been using the free phone number for capital one to check my balance but it is now saying you have to phone another number - not free phone! just wondering if there is any other numbers for capital one that are free phone where i can check my balance?
i dont have my card anymore - cut it up - so i cant register online!

Tell them your card has become 'creased' and you're worried it won't work. Ask if they'll send you another one.i dont have my card anymore - cut it up - so i cant register online!

If you dont have your card, how do you check your balance over the phone as they need the card number to check it. When I registered online I didnt have my card handy, just used the number from my last statement0 -
