18 year old new driver on parents full comp policy

We have fully comp policy on car with full no claims. Any ideas / recommendations on companies who will not charge a king's ransom to include 18 year old son on policy?

Has he passed his test yet? He might want to start earning his own no claims if so. Elephant and Admiral were fairly reasonable for my daughter when she needed insurance.0

I've tried everyone I could find recently with no real success. Most wanted around a further £1200+ to add an 18 year old male driver who has now held a full UK license for a year and we had to give up.
