BB - Are you still on hold???? I wouldn't be surprised... "Please remember, your call is important to us..." So important that they don't employ enough staff to deal with the volume they get....0

all sorted - I needed to register for my paperless billing but because I've gone paperless I didn't have a bill with my account number on! They told me them though so I can see them now. I was going to switch but it seems I've missed the boat by 1 day according to Martin's article. I'll hang on. Apparently I'm in credit so if there is a chance to switch and save a bit, i'll get the overpayment back as well rather than a closing bill.
I have just got SOAKED. The heavens opened like a monsoon and I remembered the passenger window of the car was open. I stepped off the back door step and almost simultaneously opened the car door - it's right outside - in the 5 seconds or so that took it was like a bucket of water had been dropped on me - the back and sleeves of my top are very soggy. I sat in the car for 30 seconds or so until it slowed a bit to come back in to find it had all come through the open windows onto my printer etc - whoops! How can it rain so fast?!
and now the sun is out, but I'm sitting here with wet hair and soggy sleeves!

Q: What is Scan Bran and where can I buy it?
A: Scan Bran is Slimming World's abbreviation for the high fibre Bran Crispbread by G G Scandinavian, which is available to buy from your group Consultant, also from all good health food shops, such as Holland & Barrett.0 -

All our debt, apart from the three (:o ) consolidation loans which I can't pay off early or anything. ALL the rest is now at 0% for TWELVE months, and I should be able to clear that in 10
