Third party viewing share portfolio in nominee

Can a company view my holdings in a nominee account? I am changing jobs and it says I cannot own a particular share. I do not want to sell, but will they be able to find out if I keep it in my nominee account?

Are you looking to get fired with cause for an ethics breach? It's not even worth thinking about it unless the job is a hobby and you're independently wealthy.
Usually nominee accounts don't disclose all the beneficial owners but some do. You'll have to ask your particular nominee account operator.0 -

Whatever the reason, as James says, if you do get found out you would have breached the terms of your contract and you'd be fired. You've never seen me, but I've been here all along - watching and learning...:cool:0
