I thought you were another springer Mum Maz - couldn't 100% remember though.

oh yes, we have stupidly loveable dogs... clever as anything but a bit thick with it..... Mine are smart when out working with big g. very obiedient and good on the gun... but thick as mince in a domestic environment!!

I suspect Charlie is a clever boy, he just looks smarter!!

BB - have you heard from the artist? was she okay about the hoo ha?
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

"Well, hacking & paterson have decided that we need external common windows cleaned (totallying 32 windows) for a grand total of £120/month.

i spoke to my dad about it and he just went mental at me, said i should pay it and not make a fuss and i didnt want his opinion etc. ok, its not a lot, but im 100% positive they could get it cheaper. i spoke to a local window cleaner who said they should be able to do it for about £60 max

overall, not a good day really. feel like im being taken for a ride.""

Re the factors - theres a thread over in the local moneysavings part of forum and a lot of comments/advice about hacking and patterson! You aware of local newspaper campaign about factors? was articles and advice a few months back?

ps if your in glasgow can you let me know what area - im really needing window cleaner contact details! cheers

yes - I've had an email, she was fine - just said that she had other work on at the moment so would be working on it over the next few weeks (that's cool - the website said it could be October time) and she is going to set up a webpage to track the progress as she draws it and she'll send me a link to it :D I sent her a thankyou email back and said I hoped she got some work from the competition as her site had been viewed around the world for the last month!

Well Done Charlie ~ you SO deserved that. Springers (and great danes) are my favourite :D

Luc ~ just wanted to say that the worry of no baby being there at the scan is perfectly normal (or at least I felt the same way so if its not normal you're as mad as me (actually, that might be worth worrying about :p))

Hey Spud......you must let us know if the kids enjoy the stick insects. I was going to feed mine pizza, but your idea sound much more fun :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

To be honest, they wouldn't make much of a blimmin meal.

I am now the proud mum to 2 Macleays spectre stick insects, gorgeous they are. We're trying to think of names for em - I said twig and branch, but not too sure
