i wouldnt so much mind if they even feigned trying to get a competitive quote. its their total apathy that we, as residents, are paying for with our hard earned pennies (very hard earned in the current climate)

anyway, less griping from me (i think my continueing toothache is making everything worse!)

iss nearly the weekend !!! :)

Doom, if other residents feel the same, and could provide the factors with quotes, they should be obliged to take it onboard.... even if they are stuck with same contractors, they should be able to force a price reduction with comparable cheaper quotes......

Draft a letter and go round your residents and see if they agree..

I did that once with our housing association about or poor double glazing and doors, and we actually resulted in new doors and windows for the street.... funnily enough noone thanked me, so i won't be bleeding doing anything like it again! ungrateful beggers!!!

You might not find it too bad Luc - I could still shave my legs no problem right up until the night I gave birth.

I found the easiest way was to lie in the bath with the leg you are shaving up in the air.

    awwwww charlie is so gorgeous!!

not unlike my oldest boy, Moss.... the other springer, Brogan, is much more white and not as stocky... looks part springer part whippet!

as much as i love my dogs, the stair gate bought and dogs will be safely locked into the kitchen tonight!!

no more doggy smells in the living room for me!

When i say bought, i mean stairgate aquired for the princely sum of 49pence and 3500 nectar points!! yay!!!!!!!!
