If you need to have oats for BF (I am learning a lot here for when my time comes
) how about Nairns Oat Cakes? Not OS but I often nibble on them, much better than eating rubbish. They do different types too. Maybe with a pot of humous or some cheese?

sorry if i missed something but who said you need Oats? There are many countries where Oats are not eaten. I think you just need a balanced diet, and your Calcium and protein requirements are increased, and approx 500 extra calories a day.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
