Should I change from Pipex?

I went with O2 in the end. Apart from the fact that the router they supplied is pants (I'm using my Netgear one) everything is fine. I feel very spoilt, with O2's technical helpdesk open 24/7 and with a freephone number. Unlike Pipex: restricted hours with an 0871 number. Most importantly, my connection appears stable :j
Bill, you were right about the cancellation fee. With no notice, they levied a £133 charge. (I didn't dare cancel my DD immediately, as they might have cut me off before O2 connected me.)
However, after several phone calls they've agreed to refund the whole amount.:T0
