Ok you're never going to be rid of the problem,thats Britain today,but you try to reduce the risk for those you may leave behind..

Cant wait to leave personally a once beautiful and desirable area of East Hertfordshire brought to its knees by underfunding,those undesirables moving into the area and wrecking its immediate potential...
Please dont start me off..our children deserve better..

Hi, by brother in law has just called me to tell us he's had a break in. Bought the house 4 months ago, decorated top to bottom, got married, just back last week from their honeymoon ... on a high with all the events of late and then this happens. They live in Palmers Green, London N13. Happened Mon night after 6pm (after they went out to friends for the evening) They came in through the double doors at the back, looks like they scaled a fence. Took jewellery, and torn curtains whilst moving around. They were going to fit an alarm but had not got around to it, big mistake!

Any house can be burgled,it shouldnt be a buy or not buy issue. Some people make their homes targets by not making the right security assessments. Having said that,some areas are more susceptable than others and you should live in an area which is commensurate with your icome and lifestyle i.e you wouldnt live in some rented inner city !!!!! hole surrounded by dole hopping chavs if you all went out to work all day,had a nice house and a smart car. you;d just breed resentment,jealousy and become a target.

I'd like to move simply because i despise my neighbour.
