The usual Ofcom rubbish. About time THEY were banned. THAT consullation was in 2005 - was only there to justify Ofcom's existence. The only thing it achieved then was to give the green light to all the mobile networks to exclude 08 numbers from their bundles. Very obliging. The new review is in time merely to keep them employed for another 3 or 4 years since they don't do anything else except make noises and hold meetings. They're actually worse than the networks they supposedly police.
