Ah is your week dragging?! Mine seems to have flown- had a school trip yesterday which broke the week up nicely. Only 3 weeks til half term tho;)

I had my 1st NSD of Oct today, and v lowspend yesterday,I love days like these!

It has been a really slow week for some reason Milly, glad its friday at last though Milly Ds is off to the biological babysitters tonight, and I'm off out for a girlie night with some mates, first stop a thai restaurant then who knows

Am home, had a lovely meal out, several glasses of wine and a really nice evening Have just placed my next free bet in the series, which should earn me 46.50 tomorrow afternoon

Not much planned tomorrow, am going to have a lazy morning followed by a tidying up frenzy :rolleyes:

Hi benben, it seems ages since I visited your diary!

The Plan B regarding the mortgage seems absolutely doable.......and just remember that even if you don't pay off £x each year, you are STILL paying off a heck of a lot more than if you just sat and let it do its own thing, so a win-win situation really. But I am sure you will get the whole thing done by 40 - you are very focused!

Well no chance of a nsd here today, I've been spending already (xmas presents) and I haven't even got out of bed yet :eek: :eek: I bought 6 books from m&s for a total of 11.75 (should have been 57.00 ).

My little treat today is a lie-in with the laptop and a couple of hours of mooching around on here before I tackle the mess that is my flat :rolleyes: I also need to go to the bank and the library this morning too.

Hey BB - glad u had a nice evening, and your lie-in sounds lovely... jealous.... me???? Too right!!!

We're off to the Watercress line today with my friend and her 2 kids to look at the trains. Should be a low spend, I hope! We're not actually going on the train, just looking at them.

Tonight we're round same friends house for a meal and a play on their wii, oh and a bottle or 2 of vino....

The bet made me 46.50 today :T :T I've hired a carpet cleaner with a mate, they've got it today, I'm having it tomorrow Today I've spent quite a bit of money 11.00 on m&s books this morning, 5.00 on bits for ds xmas stocking, 6.00 on bits in somerfield and 7.00 on bits in tesco

I'm still determined not to put the heating on yet, I've dug out my poncho from Monsoon from a couple of years ago, its too last-year to weaar it out anywhere but its like a blanket and keeps me lovely and toasty so I snuggle on the sofa in it

No I didn't SS, I figured that if they want to see my bank statements I'll happily launch into a full-blown mse/dfw marketing pitch, explaining all about how this place has helped me on my mortgage-free journey and I'll dazzle them with my matched betting exploits, let them into the secret of how to do it and they'll be falling over themselves to lend me money :rotfl: .... although I've had 2 mortgages before and they've never asked to see bank statements :rolleyes:
