No - not worth even trying....we work on the principle that if he gets offered more work, he takes it....and I try and get extra clients to see for the therapy stuff too.....so to try and work "less" to get benefits really goes against everything else we do.
We have enough equity to just pay the mortgage and the debts....but nothing spare after that. Plus......we sold the house from hell and rented for a year before we moved here, and I was paying £200 a month more in rent and we almost priced ourselves out of the housing market. So we have "been there, done that". Even with prices going through a correction period, I would feel much happier staying on the housing ladder. I have a problem......I have sold a DVD on Amazon.....but it was in the dining room, and I have tidied it away and can't find it to send it out
Have looked in all the "boxes awaiting sorting" that I packaged at the time but no joy :mad:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
That's a pretty tight SOA...can't make any suggestions as I'm sure you'll have thought of all of them.Hope you find the DVD.0

Hi stressed mum! I stay focused because I want rid of the debt......simple as that really! Although a big factor is that as I used Dad's money to pay some of it off, I owe it to him not to waste all the money he worked so hard for while he was alive.
The DVD is Mr Magoo......I can't find it so I will have to refund and hope I don't get barred for future selling or something. I have no idea where it is and am very cross with myself because it is yet another indication that if I was more organised at home, I would have less stress!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Nope.......and even in our chaos we were keeping ebay/amazon stuff away from car boot stuff, so I am fairly sure it didn't get sold.
