Hope tomorrow goes well for you - let us know how you get on!

Snaggles, yes I do think I enjoy it more now I am not reliant on it.....it is now a profitable hobby which is fab, and any extra is just that - extra, so useful overpayments rather than trying to pay the bills with it.

Good luck with the interview Pania.

Hypno - is the cabin in your garden? Is that where you do your therapies? Is the cabin sound proof? Apologies for all the questions but as my children get older and I work more I'm finding that the garage conversion is getting less useful as everyone in the house has to be quiet. I've been googling cabins for the garden all evening though it would be a while before I could aford one!!

Hi mudbath, yes the cabin is in the garden and is my therapy "sanctuary".....it is not soundproof but the sounds that surround us out there tend to be natural ones anyway, so the sound of the rain, birds singing, etc. I think the worst sound we have had is neighbours mowing lawns and even that is not bad. I do try and avoid booking clients in for the time of day that the bin men arrive though.....

This is my log cabin........worth every penny.

That's lovely Hypno...do you not have neighbours close by? We have three children and a trampoline living right behind so i'm not sure it would work for me (we also have two children and a trampoline living here but they wouldn't use the garden when I was working if I got one!!).

It does look lovely, very tempting. Does it stay warm in the winter? xx

We do have neighbours but no one directly backing onto us. It is made of thicker wood than most log cabins so keeps the warmth in really well - I just plug in heater when I need. We did add insulation to the floor when we laid it, but nothing else extra. It is definitely a great place to work all year round.

Re the neighbours' children - just book clients in during school time - no kids around then!

It sounds really good hypno. I only usually work school hours anyway and have as much oft holidays off as I can. I do work every other Saturday all day though. Wonder if I could bribe the children who live behind:rotfl: . Thanks for the information, I think i'll definitely start saving xx
