Morning! Well despite an early night, I am still tired.....bah! Oh well, at least I did get sleep so it is just a matter of catching up over the next few nights.

Anyway, my ebay buyer has paid, so that is another £30 in the pot, and I can post that parcel today. I do my karate admin thing this evening after work but I think I am going to tell them I cannot continue - the additional hours for the benefit I get is not a favourable ratio.....and I need to be less tired in order that I can earn "real" money!

I ran out of cat food yesterday but the cats were happy to do a bit of a "storecupboard challenge" to help me maintain my NSD - good to see they are on side in the debtbusting :D Today, therefore cannot be a NSD because they need food........I must be better prepared in my weekly shop!

    So, today's list:
    • [strike]Make list[/strike] Off to a good start
    • [strike]do online banking and check against list[/strike] Done - still in surplus......just :D
    • [strike]post ebay parcel[/strike] Done! Gave me a net profit of £27.34
    • [strike]pay in client money to emergency savings[/strike] Done - ooh I have savings :rotfl:
    • do karate admin - hand in "notice"
    • check for mystery shopping visits available No new ones so far
    • spend nothing except for cat food and ebay postage failed on this one already as spent 45p on bread pudding :o but have spent nothing else "extra".
Have a good day everyone x

Well done on having MSE cats as well as the mini Hypnos! It sounds as though you are doing really well Hypno - has there been an update on you sig line recently because the way you are doing I would have thought you would have cleared your £20k challenge by now!

noooo a long long way to go before I clear £20k! Real life keeps getting in the way!

With our minimum payments each month we should automatically reduce by about £1000 a month, so £12000 a year - the rest has to come from overpayments and finding that extra £700 or so a month to overpay with is not always easy, but I am on track so far I think! (more or less!)

Being on track it good! and lets face it even £1k a month is still pretty good going!

I just keep thinking about the fact that if I can pay off £2000 or the best part of it a month towards debt, that means I can save £2000 a month when I am debt free.

Just how good would that be!!!!!!!

I will have my house deposit in no time!!

I think it will be one party on here when you get that deposit money together...you'll definitely deserve every last brick of your dream house. We're still paying the extra mortgage off (for an extension and repairs) and I keep thinking of the extra £500 we'll have a month when that's gone. Guess we'll all be meeting up on the Mortgage free board then!!! xx
