Hypno thanks for the chocolate.
Have to eat healthily now DS1 is coming home, this is the last day this week with chocolate for breakfast and no humous for supper either.
Surfbabe that's terrible. e-bay is getting dodgy nowadays. But 1/2 price on Thursday and I need it more than it needs me.0 -

Have a good day all, i'm just off out to walk the dog to the postbox and back, well, via a little longer than that granted i think she'd give me the most filthyest look she can muster if i take her 100 yards up the road and back... he hedebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
Thanks for the choccy - I never meant I didn't need it!
Quidco sounds good, ebay sounds scary. I'm back in action today, slowly, after a 12 hour day yesterday.
Hypno, what was the interest rate on that Egg card? You really are getting close now, well done you.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Surfbabe that is awful! I hope it has no longer term repercussions for you.
Good luck with the cupboard clearing! And "finish ironing"nope, means nothing to me :rotfl:

Bit wary of the chocolate, I was eating one from my birthday horde on sunday night and lost the filling I just had two weeks ago!! Back to the dentist for me then. (When I get the time).
Been a heavy day yesterday with the landlord "inspecting" again today. The man is obsessed with inspecting. God knows what the last tennants must have been like!! I think he is just bloody nosey!!
Going to start to complain about the kitchen falling apart, and the lack of work space and cupboards etc, and that there are no drawers working. They are all screwed down.
He gets £1500 a month so he can bl**dy well start sorting things out properly. The floor upstairs in the bathroom is rotten under the lino, and it needs decorating. If he doesnt let me decorate it he can do it himself. I am going to get tough. fantastic quidco payment - well done. Surfbabe - same thing happened to OH but eBay did nothing - wouldn't even respond as she couldn't log in any more! Thankfully she didn't use it for selling and it wasn't connected to paypal! I really don't like eBay these days but sometimes necessary evil.0

KC - interest on that card is 26.9% It will be good to see it gone - they are absolute crooks.........Despite never missing a payment or being late, or over his limit, they upped his APR from 14.9% to 26.9% in one go, then had the cheek to send out the letter saying "sorry, we are getting rid of all our good customers so your account is now in effect closed, but we will still charge you this increased rate of interest until you clear the balance".
Shiisters.....
Anyway, it will soon be gone, and not a moment too soon.
Hurrah for quidco all round :jSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
