I hate peas too, they are just ick. I told a childhood friend's mum that I was really allergic once to get out of eating them :o

My mum always reckons we should do a sponsored "pea eat"..........she only suggests it because she knows her money would be safe!!

The worst are mushy peas, they are like baby sick.

I'll eat almost any other vegetable, in fact I love veggies, I just hate PEAS.

    simple!

You missed [STRIKE]guacamole[/STRIKE] mushy peas :D.

And Russian peas (assuming Vodka in alcohol cupboard!)
Scottish peas (whisky) etc etc ;)

  • Wow that's funny - I thought it was just me who didn't like peas...

Of course everyone loves cheesy-peas, no?

What about celery - does anyone else NOT like celery?

I always pretend to be a mystery shopper by the way (carry a notebook and pen), just to see if I get better service - never works tho :)

I quite like cooked celery in things but can't stand it raw or on it's own. My brother munches it constantly if it's in the house

I like raw celery but not cooked......, and like gemmzie I like most veg but not peas.....or broad beans - yuk!!

ali, remind me not to come to your house for mexican food if you are going to try and substitute peas for avocado

surfbabe, I hope all goes well with your mum today and happy birthday to OH for yesterday.

Payday today and I have paid my usual monthly payment plus my £60 tax refund to HSBC. That brings that card down to £712 and takes my total paid off the debt for the year to over £20,000, so I am quite pleased with that. I was hoping to pay off a little more, but couldn't squeeze it out of the budgets so this will have to do!

Hope you all have a good day x
