brysiewysie is correct. ecoes is one of the best systems I use at work. Either that or there is a number called mpas online which is the electric equivalent of transco. As previous persons have said it is up to your nan to notify her supplier when she moved in. It is so nice to hear of someone with their head screwed on and that she is puttin aside monies each month.
why not take the easy route and call a supplier ask them to help you and they can check ecoes for you?0 -
Just to let you all know, we've had a bill drop through our door....
£352.53
We're so relieved. To be fair, we could have been charged much more than this, so Bellway and e-on between them have sorted something out and have done very well by us. I'm so glad that we 'fessed up as this is completely affordable for us and we can carry on with a clear conscious from here. Thanks to all those who offered advice.Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0 -
i was going to add before you got your bill that when we moved into our new build that the meter was not zero. obviously they have to test the heating etc and used a few thousand units before we moved in0

Yes definately, we were worried knowing that the heating had been on full 24 hrs a day before we moved in to dry out the building! We've definately got off lightly, it could have been so much more.Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o0
