Asda Customer Service Desk

As I was looking for some local Yorkshire strawberries in Asda, I found some with a 'best before' label that was one day out of date.

I took them to the customer service desk. The assistant took them off me and thanked me. Then she gave me a smiley badge with 50p off a pack of (in date) strawberries.

Me too with a good word for Asda's CS desk.

I'd had three failures in a row with yeast from a pack of eight and since this doesn't normally happen I took the remaing five back.

He didn't even argue, refunded my money and also pointed out that the bakery were happy to give me some live yeast free of charge.

So not only did I get a refund but I'm not likely to be paying out for yeast for the foreseeable future.

    :)

I went to buy some Tesco own brand cheese sticks and noticed that they were 4 months past their best before date. I informed the check out girl, who informed someone in a tie (!!!) who then thanked me and i got fook all.
