    value smoked salmon (£1.18)
creme fraiche (I use T finest 85p - not the cheapest /100g but it is the cheapest pot you can get)
    pinch of oregano
Serve with pasta & petit pois/salad

Sounds yummy, thanks flower :) I have salmon in, just need to find some whoopised smoked salmon now, do you think it would work with fresh oregano or even dill or basil as I have loads to use up lol!

    • Roast chicken, hm stuffing, roast potatoes and veggies
    • jacket potato, cottage cheese and salad
    • goats cheese salad with steamed potatoes
    • chilli + rice -hubby - soya bean and veg casserole with rice for me

    • honeyed pork, stirfry and noodles
I have nearly everything in for this week..
all the salad leaves, cucumber and tomatoes will come out of the garden :T

Thanks for that recipe Nikki... that will be a lunch meal for me..hubby isn't a fan of salmon -hence me making it into fishcakes ;) ..and I have just taken a 100g pack of (whoopsed to 50c if i remember correctly)smoked salmon out of the freezer for tonights pasta dish- im sauteing aubergine and courgettes (from the garden:D ) adding onions, frozen mushrooms n peppers adding a dollop of cream cheese with herbs and a dollop of wholegrain mustard..then adding chorizo to hubbies share and smoked salmon to mine and having over pasta nomnomnom -so i will have plenty of salmon to do that dish for a couple of lunches for me :T i have some quark with paprika in so i will use that instead of buying creme fraiche :A :rotfl:
