Only just spotted this thread MrsE...

Surely (please don't call me Shirley) from a healthy young skin point of view, mineral is the way to go...?

I know I am prejudiced - but if only I had this EB stuff when I was young or even just a few years ago. My skin has never been better.

I am 19 and get occasional spots and like good coverage. I used to use the estee lauder double wear and found the revlon colorstay is almost identical (i actually like it better) at half the price, for more coverage I loved the boots no7 stay perfect compact, it also lasts a long time.:)

Sorry, I should have updated this.

Took her to the perscriptives counter & she found the perfect one (or rather they found it for her).

Clarins have a light reflecting foundation called True Comfort Foundation. I use this one. She will need a sample, clarins v good with samples i find. the foundation is about £22.

I am pale with freckles, this foundation doesnt "hide" my freckles though. infact would need a bloomin miracle to cover the little blighter! It does give good coverage though. and a nice sheen.

    Hi Mrs E :hello:

I agree with Lab-lover that Clarins is the best for non yellow tones. Although I am not 21 anymore I like Clarins and is second to my beloved Estee Lauder for foundations. The sheerer the better for her age.
