Wanadoo really don't wanadoo anything for existing customers!

Well I have tried to make wanadoo see reason and be fair on this one but they are not prepared to upgrade all existing customers to the new 2 meg (which then upgrades to 8meg free when available) without us paying an additional fee.....despite new customers getting it all for less per month than we are paying and have been for ages...... It seems they upgrade some for free, but not others.....which is unbelievable!
So....I now need some advice on where to go from here because I give up on wanadoo! :mad:
