My Broadband provider is Talk Talk and my line rental with BT. I only have a landline because of my broadband, if it wasnt for my broadband id have it taken out. I never use my landline. Please can anyone suggest the best provider for me which is best for my circumstances. I only use the internet for online shopping, browsing, chatting etc. I never download files etc. Regards

I also am with TalkTalk and very pleased with the service I might add.
Why don't you have your line with Talktalk? I get line rental, broadband, free International calls after 6pm also free national calls after 6pm all for £16 per month!!
I gave up B.T. with some trepidation........ but I have had no problems what-so-ever.When man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0 -
I had a nightmare with Orange who never managed to get my broadband working even after 6 months. The tech guys advised me to leave!
I'm sorely tempted to sign up with talk talk, but afraid they won't get it working either.
Do you think I should sign up with plusnet, who might be better at helping me sort it out?0 -
- Window......... I would really recommend you signing on with Talktalk. I couldn't be happier with the service I have been getting from them, and the changeover was a doddle! no problems at all, ALSO if you do have a technical problem you can get help free!
May I add, I have nothing to do with Talktalk, so there is no ulterior motive in writing this at all:o Go for itWhen man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0 -
my dd signed up for the free broadband with talktalk and they have billed her anyway.
their customer service people fobbed her off saying she is on a list and they have known about the problem of having put people on the wrong deal for a while now...but have not offered a time frame in which they will solve it and will keep overbilling until they do.0
