large bill with t-mobile showing strange calls

Hi,
I was with t-mobile flext25 for a year and coming to the end of contract I switched to their solo 15 giving me 350 free minutes and on monthly contract.

After about 15 days of this switching I am seeing 2 very large calls, one after another, of about 3.5 hours at night from my phone to my wife's phone. Even though both of us were at home together that time and the phones most probably switched off. This call has gone over my free minutes and total cost of these 2 calls is £25(exc. vat). I tried to call their customer service but they dont seem to have anything for billing queries, only it goes to the automated system. I have given them a mail and waiting for the response.

Has anyone faced a similar situation like this where a call is registered even though you surely havent made it and how to challenge this?

You'd need to raise a query through the helpdesk. The drones on the frontline won't have access to the network data to be able to either work it out or even see what's happened. Tell them you want it passing to the network support team (or whatever T call it).

The "drones" on the front desk can do a quick check just in case it's something obvious that's gone wrong with their billing system. If everything shows up ok (ie call duration physicaly possible, made from your imei etc) then they will pass you through to their technical team to investigate more in depth.
I accept no liability if you chose to rely on my advice.
