Well thats it ! Yesterday at 11.15am Mrs Cider and I were made bankrupt ! It was no where near as bad as we had expected ,the clerk of the court checked the papers took the money asked us to take a seat ,the judge called us in to query an answer,we explained it and then she said she had no problems and signed the forms . Back into the clerks office and called the O/R who took basic details off us both then made us an appointment for a telephone interview on the 5th September !!! They must be hellishly busy round this area ? So thats it all done , for those of you who are as scared, stressed or on the verge of a breakdown as we were take heart in this message that it CAN AND WILL GET BETTER ! . We both feel like 'new' people now we have done this and can look forward to a life where we can answer the phone or leave a door open without the fear of a 'visit ' !! . I hope any of this is a help to anyone who is sinking in a sea of despair and depression, DO IT and get your life back .This is not meant to sound as though its an easy option cause its NOT ! We will lose our house and maybe a vehicle but in contrast to what we were going through its a small sacrifice.

Thankyou very much i had a couple of pints last night to celebrate and even better still i have just had a phone call and a letter from a DCA and it felt so good to inform these parasites that i was made bankrupt , to be fair they weren't nasty just said thankyou and put the phone down. Never imagined how much of a relief it has been to go through with it and if it wasnt for all the good knowledgable folks on here sharing their own experiences i really dont know if i could have ? so to everybody on here. . . . . . . . . THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU !!!!!!!!!!!:T :T :T :T :T :T .
And if i can help anybody on here with anything it would be great to put something back into the best forum around after taking so much off it !
