Open PC-Cillin Internet Security. Click Network Security on LHS, then Personal Firewall. Untick Enable Personal Firewall.
To prevent Windows from nagging you that the firewall has been turned off (if you've also disabled the Windows Firewall): Control Panel - Security Centre - Change the way security centre alerts me. Untick the Firewall alert option.0
