usually they are excellent, but I had 2 bags full missing a month or so ago - loads of fresh stuff didn't arrive, I realised about 10 minutes after they had gone.

This time it is toothpaste, pan scourers, toilet cleaner, garlic puree and fresh coriander. They will pop it round tomorrow, none of them are urgent for today.

    Afternoon all.....

have had a nice day today...

Boss asked me to go into Aberdeen and do a banking errand... 30mile round trip @ 40p a mile.. £12.80 i estimate £5 petrol used. Whey hey, small profit.

Plus i got the pleasure of wandering around the shops in Aberdeen for half an hour... managed to buy Erin some £8 trainers, and £2 sunglasses...

Also went to Debenhams to spend a gift card balance that has been burning a whole in my purse! it only had a tenner on it, impossible to spend online but it was easy spent in store! I bought a pair of trousers £7.50, as my work ones are well scabby. and a nice grey marl casual top, with a fake white blousey bit at the neckline for £5.40... total cost £12.90, less gift card £10.80... actual spend £2.10!

I am having a body shop party tonight in the house... a friend of mine has just started out as an agent, and this will be her first party... trouble is there may only be 3/4 of us as all the people i've asked are on holiday! And i haven't hardly got any friends, well, apart from you lovely lot!

at least the eggs arrive in one piece now - i've lost count of the number of times I had scrambled eggs in a carrier bag......

ooooooh, I should start AQA'ing. With OH at football tonight until 10 or so I could do 7 hours and try to pull in a bit of money. Seems a pain though to do another 7 hours on top of the 4 I've done at work though.

Maz - that's why I've never had a virgin vie/ann summers etc party - I've never thought I'd have enough people to come!

  • I had an ann summers party once. Only 3 people turned up but still spend £300 between them so I got a nice free gift!

Will a dodgy hug make it less painful?

    Here's one anyway :grouphug:
