Dumfries Dental Centre in scotland has a new teaching school which offers free treatment.The students are qualified (in their 5th year)and very capable i am a dental nurse and work with these students.Most Dental schools anywhere will offer this to the public.You should be able to find out where in your region by phoning NHS direct. Hope this helps.
