The seller of the item in the OP is typical of people out there that just have no idea they aren't allowed to refuse card payments. As soon as I warned her, she changed her listings. In fact, she's the first person I've discussed this with who unchecked the paypal box rather than risk an account upgrade.
What really worries me is that a seller could easily list several items at the same time and all they would need is a few buyers demanding to pay by card and potentially they could end up suspended as a result.0
