Plumbworld. Good prices but terrible service.

I've read quite a few positive reviews about Plumbworld but most of them referred to price or speed of delivery.
Be warned though, that their customer service isn't all it could be, especially if things go wrong.
I ordered a glass bath screen which arrived damaged. No problem, these things happen. You can't contact them by phone, everything has to be via email, so I emailed and got a fairly prompt reply asking for photos of the damage to be sent.
I sent the photos and got an email telling me a replacement screen would be sent out and the damaged one picked up.
The replacement arrived, also damaged. I took photos again and emailed to ask for a refund as I'd had enough of waiting for a screen by this time.
Was told the replacement would be picked up and a refund issued. Days later (after the replacement screen had been picked up) I got an email asking me when I would be returning it. I replied immediately, telling them that both screens had been picked up by the carriers they had arranged.
It's now been 3 weeks since all this started...I have no screen and no refund.
I emailed today asking when I might expect a refund and got a reply back apologising that the screen hadn't been picked up and they'd look into it. I then got another email sent at 4.30 this afternoon, telling me it would be picked up today.
What I do have, is a folder of 25 email messages which have gone back and forth.
So be warned, good prices but if something goes wrong...it's not very easy to sort out.
I dont even have any paperwork of receipts to prove the screens have actually both been picked up by the carriers they used, so I have no idea what will happen if they cant track them down.
I'm £180 down with no end in sight. I have no idea what to do now and my level of frustration is getting higher by the minute.
Be warned.
