File a non-paying bidder and get your fees back.

I always get these w***ers bidding on my phones. In the item descritpion I normally put something like,

"I only post within the UK. This DOES NOT include Nigeria. I won't be fooled by scammers and I won't accept Western "please rip me off" Union Money Transfer!
If you do bid on my item I won't ban you from my auctions, I will just hunt you down and break both your legs.

I do not fall for scammers! Leave this auction for those who genuinely want to paid for the phone and intend on paying for it!"

Never had a scammer since!
