Cancellation notice period with Three
My contract with Three expires on the 31st August, I called last week to give them (more than) my 30 days notice and was told that I couldn't call cancel until the 27 July. OK fine.
I called back earlier today (29th July) and was told I have to wait until the 31st July OK only 2 days but its getting really annoying that I call them when they tell me and they change their minds again.
I know I've cancelled about 35 days in advance with Three before, so why are they being so awkward this time. Plus CS advisers keep changing what they say!
Has anyone got any similar experiences? Much appreciated.
