Not sure who this was aimed at but I'm pretty much open to anything - I will give things a chance within reason, I tend to trust my instincts. Bach flower remedies are actually another good one I've just thought of. http://www.bachflower.com/ - Rescue Remedy is fantastic too if you are having a crisis or you are in a situation you know you find stressful, I like to take it if I am having a blood test done because I hate needles.
I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right

Why not write down everything that is in your head about these people, and then burn or shred it? It can help to physically "get it out of your head"....

OOooo I like that idea. :T

How do you get an ex into the shredder?

You might want to get hold of a book called 'Stop Thinking Start Living' by Richard Carlson.

I did go to meditation classes until they moved to the evening.
Yes the Bikram yoga is in the heat. it is very challenging but that is good because you have to get all the chatter out of your head so you can practise the yoga correctly.
you can get good tapes to help you - ones which talk you through, else you just work your way through your whole body from toes to head, tensing and relaxing each set of muscles. I am sure there would be plenty on amazon, or I have even seen something on youtube!
i have a friend who did have Reiki sessions but I was wary as the friend was suffering clinical depression and I felt the reiki practitioner exploited her somewhat.
i would also recommend colonic irrigation  it is amazing how much your body holds on to physically when you are holding on to emotional baggage.

    I have done reading too!

    teaching of the Buddhas.
