New Kitchen - Who to use? Kutchenhaus?

I'm sure I've seen these kitchens in MFI. Very nice too, but I've got a feeling that there were quite a few hiccups when MFI went bust, re supply, processing orders etc.
It's quite probable you saw their kitchens in MFI, as the company behind kutchenhaus; Nobilia (not to be confused with Nobia, who make Poggenpohl etc) bought out MFI's supplier when they went bust.
If you buy one of their kitchens, you are effectively getting an MFI kitchen for a bit more money than you would have done from MFI...
AVOIDIf it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

I found a company for fitted kitchens on the internet they manufacturer there own kitchen units and are of excellent quality and value. Buying a kitchen online is never easy but their sales staff were a great help. Try them if your looking around for a quality kitchen type Highline Interiors in google.0

Unfortunately, as with all national chains, the fitting service depends on the quality of the local fitters. I would recommend that you only use a national company if you can find someone who has used them and is happy with the fitting. Then you should get the names of their fitters and insist they they fit your own kitchen or bathroom.
I had a good experience with a national company I used for my kitchen as the lead fitter was excellent. I used the same company for my bedroom and the fitting was ok, but not as good as the kitchen.
As with the problems with Dolpin Bathrooms highlighted on Watchdog this week, I'm sure some people have had a good experience with Dolphin, but again it all comes down to the local fitters.
Of course, the real test is how their customer services reacts when things go wrong, but I wouldn't want it to go wrong in the first place.0 -
Don't trading standards have a 'fit for the purpose' argument? You could ask them for advice.
Or if you paid for it with a credit card, the consumer credit act means they can get your money back.0
