I won!!! I found another one on ebay and won the auction for an A701 at £26 with £15 p&p!! Dead chuffed, I'm now the proud owner of a Kenwood Chef, never thought I'd get so excited about a kitchen appliance but there seems to be something about the Chef!

wonder how long it takes to arrive....

Fantastic, well done Bunny! You'll have to let us know how you get on with it...

Somewhere on MSE there is a thread that has links to manuals and there is a manual for the 701 including recipes. I don't have the link but if you search around you should find it.

I did post this on grabbit board and OS but no interest

I thought at £199 for this model was a bargain - includes food processor, glass liquidiser, 4 beaters. Other sites seem to have this at least £100 more expensive

Have I made a mistake or has everyone already got Kenwood Chefs? :o

    Lol :)

I reckon a lot of us already have them, though! But £199 for all that kit is a great price. I have the KM001 which I got half price at £175 (ex-display).

damn, I wish I hadn't seen this, I've coveted my mum's kenwood for many years. It's nearly 40 yrs old and is on it's second bowl but is as reliable as the day it was bought :T

I do not need this, I do not want it, I have no time to use it

:naughty: Nooooooooo! My kitchen is too small for it anyway nah nah!

But one day I will own a Kenwood Chef

And then I will start baking again and my waistline will expand too
  • you can still order it at the £199 price - just won't get it (or get charged) until new stock is in - which sounds fab to me! Time to save up the pennies!
